If permitted, I would have chosen all five options for my review. They stayed in touch about their arrival time and were either punctual or early, making it a pleasure to collaborate with them on our problem. Despite rain delaying our appointment, they were very obliging and worked around my busy schedule. Additionally, their pricing was very fair. Without hesitation, I would choose J3 Outdoor Service again if we ever encounter another sprinkler issue.

Upon my initial request for repairing my sprinkler system, both Danny and Jacob were highly responsive. They arrived on time and identified the root of the problem, which turned out to be a main waterline break rather than my sprinkler system. They mended it and then conducted a thorough check on my entire sprinkler system, where they discovered more flaws. They are scheduled to revisit today to fix and substitute sprinkler heads and another defunct waterline. I am so grateful that I reached out to them. Without a doubt, I advocate for them!
