My expertise lies in enabling individuals, organizations, and corporations to triumph and prosper amidst a time of monumental transformation in the world. This transformation is primarily propelled by the impact of climate change, which will have far-reaching consequences for businesses, societies, and our prospects for the future. My extensive experience includes delivering lectures on this matter in more than 25 countries and delivering a presentation at the United Nations. Additionally, I'm the author of numerous books on corporate and personal change and have deep knowledge in transformational management. It would be my pleasure to serve you.

Furthermore, I'm passionate about Black History Month, which I prefer to call Black Future Month. My objective is to encourage African American and other ethnic organization to shift their attention to the future. We draw from our past experiences to shape our present, but it's our vision for the future that drives progress.
