At 180° Boot Camp, we strive to help our clients improve their mobility and wellbeing through functional and pain-free training. We are proud to have fully vaccinated trainers. Our services include private, in-person, and virtual training, semi-private and group training, boot camps, online programming, and nutritional guidance. Additionally, we offer rehabilitation for acute and chronic conditions and sports-specific skills training. We bring our mobile personal training to your desired location, whether it be your home, office, community center, or local park. Our experienced trainers will bring all necessary equipment for a custom workout that will help you achieve your fitness goals.

Lisa was an incredibly awesome instructor who guided me through weight lifting as a beginner. She was prompt in answering any queries that I had and motivated me to push my limits during the sessions, never allowing me to get complacent. I would have continued my training with Lisa if I hadn't relocated to resume my studies.

Lisa is truly remarkable. At first, I had reservations about resuming my exercise regimen as I was uncertain about my capability to endure it. However, my apprehensions were dispelled after meeting Lisa. She has tailored my workouts to be stimulating while also being mindful of my limitations. Not only is she highly supportive, but she also possesses a great sense of humor. A workout session can always use a little laughter.
