It is a rare occurrence to come across a business with the level of integrity that John and his team possess. Their passion for providing high-quality service is evident. After being misdiagnosed by another CrackerJack company and even FPL, John's team was able to identify the root issue within just 20 minutes of the job. I had complete trust in them and knew that my project was in capable hands. The outcome was truly remarkable, with a noticeable difference between the before and after. They upgraded a 51-year-old installation to one that is current, in addition to running new copper wires and installing a lockout for a generator. In my opinion, this review deserves more than five stars.

Electricity was out in half of my house. John arrived and inspected the entire house. It only took him a few minutes to determine the issue. He went to his truck and quickly fixed the problem within five to ten minutes. Now, everything was working and I could enjoy my day off watching television. I am grateful to John.
