At Five Emerald, Tina is nothing short of a magician and wizard! She skillfully arranged sedans and SUVs for four families traveling to and from San Francisco for our 50th-anniversary celebration. All drivers were prompt and courteous, paperwork was meticulously organized, and requested changes were promptly accommodated. There was only one hiccup- we had requested a Lincoln for our return trip, which turned out to be ill-advised as the car had poor suspension leading to an uncomfortably bumpy ride. The driver became flustered and things worsened as they had to slam on brakes approaching a coned-off section of the road. However, with the exception of that one leg of the itinerary, we highly recommend Five Emerald Limousine!

Out of all the car services I've utilized, this is undoubtedly the top-notch one. As I frequently arrange car services for my employer, I can confidently say that they stand out from the rest. They have an extensive presence across various American cities. Whenever my boss visits one of their service locations, I choose them without any hesitation as they are always available.
