I opted not to avail services from this company as I experienced phone harassment subsequent to requesting a quote. Their persistent calls, that came in abundance, compelled me to frequently block their numbers; however, they managed to find alternative ways to establish contact. The situation became rather unsettling and made me very uneasy.

Our 20-year-old gutters and downspouts were replaced with larger ones. The old 5-inch gutters occasionally overflowed, so we definitely needed an upgrade. As we age, cleaning gutters becomes more tiring and hazardous. Charlene Jennings provided us with a quote for gutters and gutter guards, and we found the prices to be competitive and within our budget. We were pleased to learn that the warranty is transferable, which is a great feature for when our daughter inherits the house. Charlene was both knowledgeable and personable, which made for a great experience with HomeCraft. Thank you!
