Although the service guy was great, he only took 5 minutes to provide me with a $600 estimate. The positive was that he mentioned, "If we do the job, $70 will be subtracted from the estimate". It may be more worthwhile to explore purchasing a new washer from a marketplace or store.

He diagnosed the issue with ease and upon returning with the required part, completed the repair impeccably at a reasonable price.
