IML completed an exceptional job on our new 240 square foot driveway, spanning 10 by 24 feet. Their rates were reasonable and within our budget, which was a relief given that other concrete contractors had quoted us an expensive minimum price for smaller jobs. IML acted in a professional and timely manner, providing prompt responses to our inquiries and addressing any concerns or questions we had. In preparation for the project, they asked us about our requirements and needs, taking into account the previous issues we had with the sloping and standing water that our old driveway caused due to the grade of the land and our neighbors' slope. On the day of execution, IML made sure to cover all the details upfront to ensure that the end result would meet our exact specifications. Israel and his colleague arrived punctually, leaving a lasting impression with their polite and professional attitude. They meticulously excavated several inches of existing soil to grade and slope the land appropriately away from our home's foundation. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they worked diligently throughout the day to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Additionally, they cleaned up the area after the work was done, leaving no mess behind. As a final touch, IML returned two days later to remove the wooden forms, tidy the perimeter, and level out the areas where the excess soil had been added to our landscaping. We were impressed with the finished product, and IML exceeded our expectations. So much so that we have already recommended their services to two friends and received nods of approval from two neighbors. We regret not having worked with them earlier, and look forward to doing so again. We highly endorse IML to anyone who may need concrete work done.
