On Saturday, I requested a quote which they promptly reduced to my affordable range. Come Monday morning, they arrived and completed the work in a jiffy. I would not have any reservations about contacting them in the future.

The removal of three old couches and some minor items was conducted by Junk King with efficiency and professionalism. Communication with Sarah was excellent, simplifying the scheduling procedure. Their pricing was reasonable, or marginally lower than market value, which in the junk removal industry is often not the case. However, Junk King provided an accurate estimate and adhered to it, as I had sent them photographs beforehand. I am content with their work and would consider employing their services again.

They arrived promptly and fulfilled their commitments. However, they faced a shortage of necessary tools, forcing them to borrow mine.

After leaving our old house, we discovered the movers had forgotten a few belongings; a washing machine located in the basement and a bed frame stored in the back shed. Given that this was a rental property, we were under strict timing constraints. Fortunately, the responsive movers were able to retrieve and dispose of the items within 24 hours of our call. Despite the dispatch quoting a later time, they went above and beyond to accommodate us and worked diligently until the job was done. We were treated with the utmost respect and appreciation, proving that the customer is always right. Overall, it was an affordable and stress-free experience, and we would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future.

Adam and Caleb accomplished an exceptional task by loading all of our clutter onto a single truck. They billed us according to the amount of truck capacity and put in a significant amount of effort to ensure that we could fit as many items into one truck as possible. I'm highly satisfied with the quality of their service and will surely reach out to them initially whenever I require any unneeded items removed.
