Greetings and a wonderful day to you!I am a professional chef who specializes in personal and private services in the greater Bay Area. I am also the proud owner and operator of Salt & Stone Catering + Design, a small and exclusive catering company that offers impressive dinners in small-scale settings. With 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, I have developed a great passion for food, art, aesthetics, flavor, and service. My ultimate goal is to ensure that you and your guests are well-fed, comfortable and happy.
Catering and Events:
I love catering for events-from intimate 4-person dinner parties to 30-person cocktail gatherings, and everything in between. That's why I hand-curate all my menus to satisfy your specific tastes and restrictions. I also offer wine and cocktail pairing and event styling services. I locally source the best quality ingredients to make your occasion extra special. This service is perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and other events. My three sit-down packages include 3-4 course dinners, 4-5 course dinners with appetizers, or 7+ course tasting menu dinners. I can also provide meals family-style or in a tapas format. Unfortunately, I'm unable to take on larger-scale events with more than 75 people. Please note that my event minimums for small parties of 2-4 start at $1000.
Weekly In-home Chef Service:
If you're tired of cooking and ordering takeout, then I've got you covered. I have a limited number of days in which I do in-home chef work. We first work on your goals and menu preferences, and then on your day, I do the shopping and come prepare your meals. It's a great way to get healthy and delicious meals without doing any of the work! As of 3/15, I'm sorry to say that I am currently booked!
Aviation/Charter Catering Service:
I also cater to the needs of private jets and yachts. I provide top-quality meals that prioritize detail, and they can be easily transported, heated, and served.
*COVID Note- Rest assured that I and my staff are all triple-vaccinated and take necessary tests on the day of the event. We prioritize safety above all, and can wear masks as needed for comfort.

Under Tana's expert guidance, we were treated to a phenomenal 6 course dinner party that left us all thoroughly delighted. To celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, we threw a cozy gathering at my house. I had never hired a personal chef, so I was thrilled when Tana and her crew agreed to cater the event. The entire process was fantastic, from start to finish. Tana was incredibly responsive, guiding me through any queries or ideas I had while also tackling many of the to-do's on my list. She arrived on time and did not leave until the job was done. The food was divine, and the chefs were friendly and interactive with my family, making us feel as if we were at our own exquisite restaurant. Furthermore, when the day was completed, my home was pristine. We didn't have to lift a finger. It was enchanting!⭐️
My parents were taken aback and enjoyed every moment. We are still reminiscing about it, and it was everything I wanted for their celebration. Tana and her team, thank you for making this happen, for creating memories that will endure.
