They were extremely professional as they arrived on schedule and demonstrated courteous behavior. The team successfully extracted a massive entertainment center from my family room without leaving any scratches or damage. Furthermore, they cleaned up everything after the task was completed. I highly endorse their service.

Having agreed to the payment terms, 1800 Got Junk was dispatched to the customer's home to collect the items. However, upon arrival, they demanded payment from the customer despite the initial agreement that an invoice would be sent to us. The customer was clearly instructed that they were not responsible for payment. When the customer contacted us to resolve the issue on the day of the scheduled pickup, we were informed that it was a matter for the corporate team. This was an unprofessional experience that we cannot recommend, receiving a rating of 0 out of 10. Unsurprisingly, our simple job turned into a total loss due to 1800 Got Junk's actions.

If I could give a rating of six stars, these movers would definitely receive it. They were absolutely outstanding in every way when they came to help us move. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs moving services. You won't be disappointed - they're simply the best!

Alex and Omari provided an exceptional service. They were punctual, which alleviated any apprehension about waiting. Immediately upon arrival, they began working efficiently, completing the furniture removal in approximately an hour. Furthermore, they went above and beyond by clearing any remaining debris, an unexpected but extremely appreciated gesture.
