Our commercial project posed some challenges due to our request for black and white tiles with more black than white. However, Brandon devised a thorough plan, presenting us with a concept drawing beforehand, and his team executed it efficiently and seamlessly. Additionally, we have requested further quotes from them, and we would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

I engaged Brandon and his crew to lay down the Vinyl Plank flooring I had acquired from Lowes. The initial consultation was punctual and Brandon identified a few issues - namely an unlevel floor and old laminate - which I either acted upon or complied with his advice. The estimate was reasonable, despite the footage count being overstated by about a hundred square feet when compared to other quotes. This, however, was not a concern as any surplus flooring could be returned and the installation cost remained fair. The installers arrived promptly, and undercut all the door jams with great precision. The entire 750 square feet of flooring, including the complex Flush Stair nose, was seamlessly laid down in one day. Having laid down floors myself in around a hundred rooms (though I am getting on in years!), I have never delivered such precision and finesse. In many places, the cuts were so perfect that transition pieces weren't required. Without hesitation, I would re-engage them for any future requirements.

After the Footprints Flooring team worked their magic, I am now thoroughly enjoying my stunning new floors. Their utmost professionalism and responsiveness left me truly impressed - they are beyond amazing!
