About
With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, I have worked with clients of all ages and helped them achieve a variety of goals such as strength training, weight loss, muscle gain, mobility, athletic events, surgical recovery, and simply feeling better. I hold a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration and Business Intelligence, and a Bachelor's degree in Health & Exercise Science and Physiology from Colorado State University. Additionally, I am certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and hold various other certifications including USA Olympic Weightlifting, Russian Kettlebell Coach, Spartan Racing SGX Coach, Certified EMT, and CPR/AED. My gym is located in a comfortable basement with temperature control, so you won't have to worry about working out in a garage gym. I also have specialized equipment like a safety squat bar, multi-grip bar, reverse hyperextension, grip strength equipment, body-tempering devices, tibialis curls, iron neck device, and trolley arms for the squat rack.
For cardio, I have a Rogue ECHO bike and Concept C2 Rower. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself, so let's get started!

For over 4 years, I've had the pleasure of working with my trainer, and my progress has left me feeling incredibly grateful. I commit to training with them three times a week, and the transformation has been astounding. In addition to full-body training, I began a regime of heavyweight deadlifting roughly 18 months ago, and I'm thrilled with how far I've come with the guidance of my trainer.
