The individual has little to no experience in masonry and will outsource workers to complete the job. After receiving a quote from Edgar, I requested him to match another company's price since he claimed to have 20 years of masonry experience. Despite agreeing to the price, he consistently reminded me that he had lowered the cost. Edgar promised to finish the job within a week but failed to do so. He then demanded 70% of the payment, which I paid, but then disappeared and later requested an additional 10%. As a result, I have completely lost faith in Edgar's capabilities and will have to find someone else to assist with my masonry work. It is highly recommended that individuals seek out a more experienced and professional mason when searching for these services.
