The sole issue is that they dispatched two individuals who are not fluent in English. They arrived and began working on the roof without informing me, despite the fact that I was present at home. Given my lack of proficiency in Spanish, it was challenging to interact with them. Despite this, they conducted themselves in a very courteous manner and effectively completed the task.

Our roof was fixed by Risner to enable us to install gutters. Their exceptional responsiveness and willingness to facilitate the process made it effortless for us. Although I regret not having met them before we had our roof done, they will be the first one I contact for any future roofing needs.

I required a few minor repairs done and they squeezed me in between two major projects despite the short notice. The job was completed promptly and I was kept informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them.
