As your yoga teacher and coach, I serve as a catalyst for your growth. By utilizing the powerful platform of yoga, you can discover self-empowerment and expression. My focus is on encouraging you to become your biggest, most powerful self through the ongoing practices of asana, meditation, and self-inquiry. Rather than being concerned with how you look in a pose, I am more interested in who you are within it. My approach is one of compassion and curiosity, avoiding judgment or pressure. I will use my voice and self-empowered being to empower and uplift you. I have benefited greatly from powerful mentoring and coaching, which has led me to believe that you can only keep what you have by giving it away. As an RYT 500, Tier 3 certified Baptiste Power Yoga Instructor, and Certified Yoga of 12 Step Recovery (Y12SR) Space Holder, I am equipped to lead you on your journey to growth and empowerment.Profile isn't claimed yet
