As of 6/19/20, the job has been completed. The project commenced on 5/4/2020, with an anticipated 4-week timeline for completion. However, there were unforeseen delays caused by various factors. Adverse weather conditions had an impact, as did logistical issues with sub-contractors assigned to handle electrical and plumbing work, as well as drywall installation. Despite the setbacks, the finished product is aesthetically impressive and of high quality. That said, if you are considering hiring this company, ensure you have a clear understanding of the materials you need to supply and the details of the cost estimate. I found that I had to provide several items, including hardware, which came as a surprise and incurred additional costs. Additionally, I had to source tile and flooring options online due to a lack of samples on hand. Arnold was unable to offer floor samples, and I had to make a trip to Home Depot to make my selection. Similarly, due to COVID-19 restrictions, I had to choose my tile from online options instead of visiting a physical location. While Arnold was able to provide samples of my choices, I think that for a company that has been in business for seven years, they should have a more extensive range of sample options beyond online images.

Having worked with Arnold was an outstanding experience, owing to his exceptional quality of work. He demonstrated impeccable work ethics and never stopped until the task was pristinely done. I strongly endorse him.
