After some discussions with the team, I found out that my emails had gone to their spam folder. They promptly provided the formal estimate.

Two pieces, a teeter totter and a vintage rocking chair, were repaired by Studio Teak and the work was excellent. My children are once again enjoying them. The price was fair and the work was of good quality. Additionally, the staff was extremely kind.
