During my search for office cleaning services, I came across this particular company. Initially, I was doubtful of Kevin's claim that he could single-handedly handle the cleaning of my entire office. However, over time, I have come to realize that he is incredibly diligent and dedicated to his work. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of cleaning services. Kevin has years of experience in his field, and I intend to continue using his services. I urge others to give him a chance as well, as he is truly the best.

Throughout my personal and professional experiences, I have interacted with numerous individuals, but never have I experienced someone trying to manipulate their agreed-upon price, with no possibility of negotiation. It was unacceptable when they failed to fulfill their obligations in line with our contractual agreement. They provided us with a quote a fortnight ago and had requested a higher rate at the release of their services. It was absurd that they had the audacity to alter their pricing after the fact. I perceived their conduct as unprofessional. Despite promising to arrive at a particular time, on most occasions, they showed up two to three hours later. I had to make requests to locate them on various occasions. When they initially provided me with the estimate for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly lawn moving services, I picked the bi-weekly option. Without arguing, I agreed to their charges. I received a phone call that same evening, demanding an additional fee for insurance in the event that something happens to the lawn. It was the first instance they demanded extra payment. After the first lawn mowing session, I noticed patches of grass remained, and I inquired about it. They suggested that they would have to charge an additional $10 for each cut to eradicate it, and I accepted. To my surprise, the second time they came to mow my lawn, they confirmed that they would have to render their services weekly; however, it would cost me the equivalent amount I pay for the bi-weekly service. This doubled my fee cost, creating an atmosphere of unprofessionalism, with constant price escalation. It was disappointing to be confronted with such a shakedown service. Who doubles their price after only two lawn mowing sessions?
