As an Eagle Scout hailing from Escondido, my forte lies in diligent work and an eye for detail. Providing pool services for both fresh and saltwater, my process begins with a thorough inspection of your property to identify any potential problems. I carefully test the water and add necessary chemicals like chlorine and acid. To avoid any build up of scale, I meticulously brush the walls, steps, and benches, ensuring they remain free from algae, calcium, and mineral accumulation. The surface is cleared using a net and the floor is vacuumed as required. Additionally, I thoroughly empty all skimmer and pump baskets and backwash filters like the Sand and De if necessary. Finally, I carry out weekly checks on all pool equipment to head off any possible issues. I am delighted to be employed at a property where Trevor from SaltWater Pools provides his services. He has always been readily available to answer any questions I may have regarding our system, guide me through troubleshooting processes and more. He is exceptionally proficient, courteous and professional. However, I have also had the unfortunate experience of working at other properties where Trevor from SaltWater Pools is not servicing. The discrepancy is evident: Trevor goes above and beyond by paying attention to little details such as scrubbing the walls and storing the pool toys.
