Greetings everyone! My name is Belicia, and I am a talented ballroom dancer, instructor, and choreographer. I offer a variety of services, including creating an exquisite Wedding Dance that entails custom-tailored, original choreography of the song chosen by you and your partner. At the same time, I specialize in commercial heel dance, also known as Burlesque, empowering women to feel confident in movement. I started teaching Burlesque at my college and still teach group classes throughout the Bay Area.

I absolutely loved taking dance lessons with Belicia as part of my wedding preparation. Approximately three weeks before the big day, we had two sessions that lasted 45 minutes each, solely focused on our first dance. We provided Belicia with our song choice and asked for pointers on how to execute a few crowd-pleasing dips and lifts. Upon completion of our lessons, we had a spectacularly choreographed three-minute dance routine.
Belicia was able to assess our capabilities and quickly adjust her teaching style according to our needs. She efficiently covered all the necessary material and did not pressure us to take more lessons, although we were eager to do so because we had so much fun.
We loved the collaborative aspect of working with Belicia. She demonstrated several moves and welcomed our feedback, which made us feel comfortable and allowed us to execute the moves that best suited us. We also presented some of our own ideas, which Belicia was excited to incorporate into the routine.
At our wedding, our dance performance received thunderous applause from friends and family. We had a tremendous time performing it and we frequently watch videos of our performance as a fond reminder of our special day.
