My IT certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+.

I possess a range of special skills, including computer setup, hardware and software troubleshooting, proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office, familiarity with various Linux distros, networking protocols, modem and Wi-Fi setup, patching and troubleshooting of ethernet cabling, and basic ethernet network cabling installation.

My toolkit includes a "Fixit" computer toolset, a 1G ethernet cable tester and toner, an ethernet cable crimper and stripper, an ethernet cable punch down tool, a flashlight, a hand-drill set, a steel fish tape, a fiberglass fish tape, Franklin Professional and Walabot Stud finders, and a range of other essential tools.

Eugene proved to be an outstanding assistance when it came to replacing my MacBook Pro battery and screen. Not only did he charge me a fraction of what the Apple Store would, but he also completed the task with greater efficiency. To top it off, he went above and beyond by personally collecting and delivering my device, even meeting us at the Marlins game. I am thoroughly pleased with the Service received! The IT specialist was extremely responsive, flexible and conducted themselves in a professional manner. I requested assistance with two of my MacBooks - one for screen repair and another to be rebooted as I had mistakenly erased all data resulting in it being rendered inoperable. Despite the challenges, they were able to restore both machines within a swift turnaround period! Furthermore, I have decided to use their services as my preferred IT specialist henceforth, and I will be recommending them to my acquaintances and relatives!
