About
Carolyn Francis is the proprietor of Bella Systems Philly. She collaborates with interior designers, builders, and homeowners to ensure that your custom storage system is tailored to your requirements and personal flair. Carolyn holds a Marketing degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey, and works closely with her team of installers. Her husband, Chris Francis, is the lead installer overseeing all installations. Together, they strive to provide customers with unparalleled design and installation services, evident in their Best Of Houzz 2017 Award. At Bella Systems, only the best quality materials are used for projects. Their standard materials include polished chrome oval rods, ¾” or thicker vertical panels and shelving, 2mm edge banding, and drawer boxes made of ½” or thicker materials. Drawer slides are full extension and rated for 100lbs. Bella System’s everyday standards are regarded as upgrades by other closet companies.
Lessening the carbon footprint in the industry, Bella Systems also offers options for green living. They provide products made from recycled or recovered wood fibers, free of Urea-Formaldehyde Resin, for those who want custom closets with sustainability in mind.

My closet needs were expertly met by Bella Systems, who came up with a highly efficient design layout tailored to my requirements. Their world-class closet installations are offered at a reasonable price, and they are fully licensed and insured for any damage that may occur. It's not worth risking cheaper alternatives given the potential for catastrophic damage to your home.
Since Philadelphia's architecture is renowned for being uneven and unconventional, all measurements were taken with utmost care, covering everything from structural supports to warped floors and any other feature you'd expect in a historic property.
Thanks to Carolyn's expert knowledge, I simply outlined my storage requirements and within a day, received fully rendered CAD, 3D designs that included space-saving and design features beyond my expectations. It's clear that trusting Bella Systems' expertise is a wise move.
Assembly was completed off-site, with pre-cut pieces transported to my location and installed in just half a day, delivering an infinitely better closet that accommodates more items than imaginable. Plus, I chose this professionally designed closet to add value to my studio space, knowing good storage is a must-have.
