At QuickenBuild, we are a design and build firm that specializes in offering top-notch architectural design and construction services. Our main goal is to establish effective communication with clients, provide quick turnaround on estimates, and cater to their diverse needs and timelines.

Before starting any project, we provide clients with conceptual designs to transform their ideas into reality. We have over ten years of experience in general contracting, custom remodeling, and custom home building. We specialize in dental office, medical office, restaurant, and industrial constructions, and always ensure that all our clients feel comfortable with our team.

We offer personalized services to all our clients, providing commercial and residential services such as commercial buildings, remodeling, retail remodeling, tenant build-outs, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, coastal building, hurricane restoration, wood and steel framing, painting, drywall, flooring, electrical systems, and plumbing, among others.

Our in-house architect gives us the flexibility to make last-minute modifications to plans while obtaining approvals on the spot. This allows us to deliver projects seamlessly and within our clients' timeframes.

I required an additional apartment in a spacious area of my home and invited a company to inspect and accommodate the request. They arrived punctually and expressed their apprehension after examining the property. Their foremost priority was the quality of their service and not monetary gain. The location of the unit posed challenges, and the limited space might affect the final outcome, resulting in additional costs. As a result, they refused the job since they were unwilling to compromise the standard of their work or bloat my expenses needlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend their services because of their passion for their craft and desire to minimize inconveniences.
