Greetings! Please take note that I offer in-person sessions at my studio located in the North County San Diego Area. However, the majority of my sessions are conducted remotely via the internet, making it highly efficient and effective to train with anyone, anywhere in the world.

My specialty is providing personal services to help you achieve your lifestyle and fitness wellness goals. By seeking out better health and well-being, you have taken the first step towards shifting your perspective today. All you need is that initial spark, and the right partner to guide you on your journey. With 25 years of coaching and teaching experience, it has been my lifelong dedication to help others. Together, we will start, ramp up, and fly! Regardless of where you are today, there is always an opportunity to grow and progress. You can achieve results within 30, 60, or 90 days. Additionally, you will learn more about the most important machine you possess-YOU!

To keep you on track, I will collaborate with you to create a plan that meets your goals. My expertise lies in mobility, strength, and balance training. We will utilize the fundamentals of Yoga and Pilates, as well as functional strength training with TRX, Bulgarian Bags, and free weights. My purpose is to empower you with confidence and education. In 2007, I completed the Yoga Alliance 500-hour program, followed by NAASM in 2009. I furthered my education as a trainer and group fitness instructor at Equinox Fitness Clubs, eventually becoming the manager, heading up the development of instructors in San Francisco. Throughout my career, I've worked with amazing people who all sought the same basic human need- to feel good. Each experience has been unique, and I am grateful to have been a part of many fitness successes. Currently, I am expanding my work to include virtual and in-studio sessions at my house. Since the onset of Covid, my daughter has been working at her computer for extended periods and has developed poor posture. Fortunately, Jayme recommended some uncomplicated exercises that my daughter quickly grasped without the need for any equipment. To stay motivated, I joined my daughter during her workouts and saw an improvement in my posture too. We are truly grateful for Jayme's engaging personality, she was approachable and exuded enthusiasm! Indeed, the best!

Thanks to my consistent stretching sessions with Jayme, my persistent muscle pain after working out has significantly decreased. As a result, I'm able to exercise more often without experiencing as many injuries.
