Drawing on his 40 years of experience as an HR and Administrative leader, he established a company dedicated to empowering people and small businesses seeking progress and new opportunities, with expertise in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Dr. Blake uses his wisdom gained from teaching at various academic levels to help individuals and organizations move forward with passion by providing practical and purposeful solutions.
