For more than a decade, Veteran Own Company has operated in Charleston, SC. Chef Frisco offers a range of cuisine options, from Creole and Geechee Gullah to Caribbean, Cuban, and Puerto Rican BBQ. We provide both traditional and creatively fused meals, such as our popular Blackenese Hibachi.Our Services:

My experience with Lowcountry Creole Culinaire was absolutely fantastic. I had organized this dinner as a surprise for my fiancé's 55th birthday, and it was the best decision ever. Chef Frisco was exceptional, responsive to all of my calls, and extremely professional. Given that we were not familiar with the area, his timeliness was much appreciated. But what truly blew us away was the food. Our favorites dishes were on point, and the overall meal was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Lowcountry Creole Culinaire to anyone and look forward to using their services again and again.

Chef Frisco provided exceptional service at my daughter's Debut/Graduation Party, making it a truly personalized experience. The dishes served were absolutely delicious - both the baked and fried chicken were moist and bursting with flavor, while the seafood gumbo disappeared almost instantly. Even the beef brisket had no leftovers due to its irresistible taste! However, my personal favorite were the super yummy grilled vegetables. In terms of price, it was very reasonable considering the whole package was simply fantastic - a true cause for celebration 🎉.

For the rehearsal dinner, they offered catering services which included drop off. They were considerate of my budget requirements and assisted me accordingly. Additionally, they took care of setting up everything for us. The quality of the food served was exceptional.
