My husband and I participated in private classes twice with Mariana. During the first session, which took place at her home, Mariana had already set up her kitchen and ingredients, and welcomed us warmly. Under her guidance, we followed the recipe steps to bake three types of bread. While the bread was in the oven, Mariana introduced us to basic baking concepts, and we found it valuable to learn from a chef of her caliber. The bread we made was delicious and easily reproducible at home, making for a remarkable experience. The second time, Mariana taught us how to bake our favorite forest cake from scratch, which was equally delicious.
