We are proud to announce that we were recently crowned THE BEST MARGARITA at the Woodlands Margarita Festival. Our award winning Spicy Mango Kit and Butterfly Effect Kit are in high demand! We are also offering bartending classes, which can be reserved through event brite. Throughout my 15 years in bartending and catering, customer service has been my main focus and passion. It's important to me that both you and your guests enjoy our catered services. We take time to get to know you and your guests preferences to ensure a successful event, no matter how small the detail. We also offer grazing tables!

Our wedding planning/day coordinator services include a free consultation. We will conduct a final walk-through of the venue prior to the wedding day, create a timeline, orchestrate the timeline, manage vendors during setup, ensure gifts and personal belongings are in designated cars, serve as the point of contact for vendors, venue, and family, attend to any hiccups or necessary details, and offer 24/7 communication via text. On your wedding day, you will have me.

We hosted a surprise party for my wife and Mixers on Wheels went above and beyond to make it a success. Despite flight delays, Lei was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Hennessey wings and hibachi tacos which were a hit with everyone. The service, taste, professionalism, accommodations, and friendliness all earned a 5-star rating. We enlisted Mixers on Wheels to lend a hand during our wedding. Our goal was to have additional wait staff to assist our planner and vendors in executing minor details and guarantee that everything went smoothly throughout the day. We had a guest count of around 140, and we hired three staff members from Mixers on Wheels. They arrived 30 minutes before cocktail hour and stayed until 30 minutes after the end of the event. They were instrumental in various tasks, such as distributing charcuterie cups during cocktail hour, assisting in clearing tables during dinner, distributing cake to guests, passing out glow sticks during our late-night jam, and tending to all minor details throughout the event, making teardown easy for our family. This was significant to us as we've attended weddings where the bridal party and family members spent hours cleaning up after the big day. The flexibility of Mixers on Wheels in handling diverse small jobs and their exceptional hosting skills made our day seamless. I'd recommend their additional services to anyone looking to host a grand event!

Lei was hired for a work event at our home which had 30 guests. She collaborated with us to create some amazing signature cocktails which were absolutely delicious. Her syrups were made in-house, hence, fresh and free of artificial flavors. Lei brought her own setup, which looked very professional and cute. We found Lei to be quite reasonable with her rates.
Apart from her incredible drinks and service, Lei was a wonderful person to converse with. Our guests couldn't stop mentioning how friendly and cool she was. She even might have been the most sought-after person at the event.
We highly recommend Lei for your next event if you want a memorable experience.

For my 45th birthday celebration, I decided to enlist the services of Mixers On Wheels. The level of professionalism was exceptional from start to finish. Our bartender, AJ, demonstrated excellent customer service skills and served up delicious drinks all throughout the event. He even concocted my signature drink, which everyone absolutely loved.
