Mission Plumbing did an outstanding job, exhibiting exceptional communication and arriving earlier than anticipated.

On the day after Christmas, we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink and noticed a significant loss of water pressure from the hot water side of our kitchen faucet. After contacting Missions Plumbing, they informed us that a technician could arrive sometime between 12:30pm and 2:30pm on the same day. We agreed to the proposed schedule, but to our surprise, the company contacted us again just an hour later to inform us that one of their technicians had completed a previous job early and could come to our condominium immediately if we were available. At noon, the technician arrived and promptly fixed the leak. After assessing the condition of our faucet, he recommended that we replace it altogether. Unfortunately, my husband, who had torn a ligament the day before, could not assist with the installation. However, the technician kindly offered to drive to Home Depot at no extra cost to retrieve the new faucet of our choice. Once he returned, he installed the new faucet and ensured that there were no leaks. Though the cost of the parts and services was higher than average, we believe that it was well worth it. We highly recommend Missions Plumbing!

Initially, the kitchen sink was experiencing drainage issues, and I suspected it to be related to the aged garbage disposal. However, a Mission Plumbing expert inspected the disposal and determined that it was not the source of the problem. Instead, they provided us with an estimate for assessing and cleaning the pipes. Unfortunately, even after cleaning, the issue persisted, leading the technician to apply chemicals to cleanse the pipes and schedule a return visit for further inspection. The following day, the technician revisited and conducted comprehensive checks, addressing the air "whatever" pipe and resolving the problem entirely. While it is unclear whether the cost was high or low, we are pleased with the outcome and grateful for the professional and punctual service rendered. Overall, it was an excellent job!

The installation of the shower valve and lines was excellently executed by Mission. Additionally, they relocated both my sink's supply and drain to grant me the liberty to shift it.

They arrived prepared to provide an estimate for the task. Without delay, I inquired if it would be possible for them to remove two toilets since the flooring professional was scheduled to arrive the following day. In a flash, they accomplished the task, saving me both anxiety and time.
