Our backyard was once an overgrown mess, but thanks to Sanem and her team at Toolbox Company, it is now a stunning garden that both kids and adults enjoy spending time in. We discovered Toolbox Company through CrackerJack and after speaking with a few different companies, we knew Sanem was the right choice for us. From the start, Sanem was professional and easy to communicate with, and we were thrilled with the end result. Although there were moments where we felt things could be moving faster, the project was completed within the agreed-upon budget and timeline of 5 weeks. Even when we changed our minds mid-project and requested a specific type of turf that wasn't readily available, Sanem managed to source it for us and still stick to the timeline. Throughout the process, Sanem struck a great balance between listening to our vision and offering her own expert advice. She was helpful and constructive when we made changes to the original plan, even suggesting affordable alternatives when we couldn't afford certain upgrades. Sanem was also a delight to work with and remained calm and collected even under pressure. Overall, it was a 5-star experience, and we would recommend Sanem and Toolbox Company to anyone looking to breathe new life into their backyard or garden.
