While the individuals I dealt with were pleasant, they failed to inform me of their $120 hourly labor rate which came as a surprise. Additionally, I was forced to return my computer on the same day because it was not assembled correctly. Considering the fact that it was roughly an hour's drive each way, I ended up losing an entire afternoon of work. Although the staff was amicable, my overall experience was not satisfactory.

The team led by Jud is really impressive. Matt arrived ahead of schedule, performed efficiently and even proposed some extra thoughts to enhance our house cinema setup.
