Out of three promising companies we found on CrackerJack, Spectrum One stood out to us because they had the most reviews, all of which were positive. Even though the younger companies seemed just as competent, we needed a reliable provider since we don't live on site. Val came for an initial on-site visit in November 2017, and we had an estimate shortly thereafter. He suggested a window brand that matched our existing windows and installation was scheduled for late January after Christmas, but had to be postponed by a week due to window delivery delays. Throughout the entire process, Val and Nikki kept us and our renters informed and handled everything, including the permit and inspector arrangements, in a transparent and professional manner. As the project is now completed, our renter is extremely happy with the outcome, and we are grateful to Val and his team for their work. Thank you! =)

Collaborating with Dennis and the entire Spectrum One crew was an exceptional experience. Dreadful tales of kitchen renovations gone awry had us apprehensive about embarking on our own remodel. Yet, Dennis guided us every step of the way. The squad showed up punctually each day and made constant progress. In just over four weeks, they accomplished an extensive job that included knocking down a wall to create an open kitchen to the dining room, laying new floors, setting up new counters, backslashes, and appliances, constructing a new pantry, and renovating a bathroom. Their pricing was fair relative to other contractors we had approached, but what set them apart was their superior quality, transparency, and efficiency. I wholeheartedly suggest Spectrum One and would undoubtedly opt to work with them again in the future.

These individuals are true professionals! Our business recently relocated to a newly renovated office, which we completed in a few short months. However, we encountered a significant hurdle with our flooring. The cheap, green commercial carpet we had chosen completely detracted from the sleek and modern interior design we had envisioned. Despite reaching out to three different flooring companies, I was informed that they were either unavailable for a $12K project or insufficiently skilled for the job at hand. I was astounded at the difficulty I encountered in finding a knowledgeable flooring specialist. Initially, I was skeptical as the company appeared rather sizeable for commercial remodeling. Nonetheless, I was pleasantly surprised when the owner, Paul, indicated that they could effortlessly complete the job. Their prices were exceptionally competitive, and it only took them a few days to finish the work. My office now appears phenomenal, and I would highly recommend them!

I have only positive feedback for Spectrum. Val was exceptional with his prompt follow-up, efficient work, and timely completion of tasks. Their responsiveness, speed, and affordability were impressive. Whether it's painting, installing shower or closet doors, or vanity, they offer an extensive range of services. Whenever a task comes up, Spectrum will be my go-to.
