I'm not sure if it's reasonable, but I believed I was hiring a professional to eliminate my carpet stains. However, I feel like this individual merely gave my carpets a cursory glance and didn't make an effort to tackle the stains. He finished swiftly and departed. I have my own carpet cleaner and it appears to me that he simply drenched the carpets without even making them smell fresh. I can clean my carpets more effectively. I'm unhappy and it feels like a waste of money!
