The Pet Whisperer

During our move from NY to LA and while searching for a new home, Randi took care of our cats for approximately 3.5 months. We are pleased to say that she was exceptional!! Our adorable cats, Pablo and Milo, enjoyed their stay with her and we were grateful for her exceptional service. Additionally, Randi was incredibly flexible and supportive during the entire process. We highly recommend her!!

During our two-week trip abroad, we enlisted Randi to look after our dog and our home. She was a fantastic caretaker, regularly updating us about our dog and notifying us immediately of any issues. Furthermore, she maintained our house impeccably, leaving it spotless and exactly as we had left it. Randi followed our instructions diligently for both our pet and our dwelling. Despite an unexpected delay in our return, Randi was accommodating and agreed to care for our dog for an additional day. As I moved to a new apartment which was not ready yet, I found myself staying with friends and family without my two cats, one of which is feral. In search of a reliable cat sitter, I came across Randi who, being an animal lover with ample experience in rescuing animals, seemed like a perfect fit for me. After a brief phone conversation and visiting her beautiful apartment, I was convinced of her suitability. With her great care and responsibility towards my cats, I plan to continue using her services in the future, as I feel she has become a part of our family. Your prompt responses to my requests for updates, which included a thorough account of their well-being, within an hour were truly appreciated. Your generosity also allowed us to extend their stay an extra day due to unforeseen delays during our move. We wouldn't think twice about rehiring your services in the future.
