A prompt appointment was set and the electrician behaved with exceptional professionalism and kindness. However, I found their charges to be exorbitant. It seemed as though I paid two to three times more than what the service was worth.

The team consisting of two individuals executed the two relatively small projects flawlessly, with one project taking approximately 4 hours and the other around 90 minutes. Their work ethic was admirable as they arrived on schedule and kept their workspace organized. Moreover, the duo worked in harmony and had a comprehensive understanding of the challenges presented, ultimately culminating in a remarkable solution to both problems.
However, I have given them a four-star rating because I had some difficulties following their billing and invoicing process. After paying and concluding the projects, I meticulously reviewed my documentation and discovered that I was slightly overcharged by approximately 5%. I immediately reached out to the team who agreed to refund the amount via check. Unfortunately, the check did not arrive even after a week, so I contacted them again, and the check was issued and reached me three days later.
Although the overcharge was not a substantial issue, it could have been missed if not for my scrupulous review of the billing. Apart from this, I was entirely satisfied with their work and would eagerly work with them again.
