Our facility had enlisted Shaquille's services, but unfortunately, we were left dissatisfied with his work. We encountered an issue with our sink, which was rendered unusable owing to leaks. Upon investigation, it was revealed that Shaquille had resorted to a makeshift repair by using cardboard around o-rings and plumbing it in that way. To add to our frustration, we had to pay an exorbitant amount of over $5,500 for a job that stretched over three weeks and left us with a non-functional sink. Further compounding the problem was Shaquille's lack of communication regarding his schedule, leaving us unsure about his availability.

Whitehorse Plumbing did an excellent job of updating me on their arrival time and their work quality was top-notch. Additionally, their friendly demeanor made it easy for us to ask any questions we had. We will certainly enlist their services again in the future.
