When Steve arrived to give us a bid, he brought a book of pictures showcasing his previous work. True to the adage, "a picture is worth a thousand words", Steve's photos effectively communicated his expertise. Coordination was effortless thanks to his proficient text communication. My husband and I were thrilled with the finished project and credit our satisfaction, in large part, to Steve's material recommendations. He skillfully integrated the new patio with our existing (six-year-old) patio. We look forward to working with Steve again when we convert our front yard into a drought-friendly outdoor living space. If possible, I will share photos and videos of his incredible work.

Upon arriving punctually, Steve provided an estimate for the project - a stamped-concrete patio in the backyard. He showcased a variety of concrete styles through pictures and took precise measurements. His offer presented a competitive price that satisfied my preferences, hence I assigned him the task. He proceeded to remove some of the existing concrete and placed them on a separate pile for transportation. Afterward, he installed molding around the patio edges, placed rebar, poured the concrete, smoothed the surface, left gaps, and stamped it before ultimately applying a lacquer glaze for a glossy, wet appearance.

As someone who interacts with numerous landscapers and contractors, I can attest that Steve's work was exceptional and reasonably priced.

Steve was hired to landscape our yard, which I had been planning for a year and had high expectations for. However, Steve and his crew surpassed those expectations. Prior to beginning, several large trees had been removed, but they still had to take out enormous tree stumps. The following tasks were also performed: - Constructed a four-foot stone retaining wall - Leveled the ground in front of and behind the retaining wall by getting rid of a vast amount of soil - Planted four trees and multiple small shrubs - Installed an irrigation drip system - Spread gravel across the remaining yard Steve and his team persevered tirelessly for a week to complete all of this work. They possessed an amazing attitude and took joy in ensuring that every task was executed faultlessly. For our next landscaping endeavor, we will certainly enlist Steve's services first!
