We recently purchased a large home with abundant wood trim. I found myself overwhelmed with decisions on how to modernize the space while still keeping the wood. While white trim is common on Pinterest, I couldn't bear to paint the beautiful oak in our home. In need of guidance, I engaged Sara's services for a designer for a day package and it was precisely what was necessary. Sara assisted me in choosing a whole house color palette that subdued the wood and pulled everything together beautifully. Although I had a good sense of style, Sara's knowledge of color theory and choosing the right shades to complement the existing features, which I didn't plan on changing, was invaluable. Furthermore, she offered ideas for hardware choices, light fixtures, and furniture placement. The peace of mind provided by the roadmap we developed together was exceptional. I am now completing painting, changing hardware, light fixtures, and furnishings. I anticipate sharing pictures of the updated rooms, which the paint significantly enhanced without repainting the trim, on Sara's website. This is a common predicament, so please check them out!
