As for my credentials, I am a certified ACE Personal Trainer, an Ironman triathlon finisher, a 200-hour yoga instructor, a Mat Pilates expert, a Pain Free Performance Specialist, a three-time half marathon finisher, an accomplished open water swimmer, and certified in both kettlebell and barbell training. I am also honored to have been named the Top Equinox Trainer in 2018-2021.
