He lacks knowledge in the field. Employing him was the biggest error I have ever made. He bungled the concrete work and installed the flooring slope in the opposite direction. I paid him a sum of $5,000- upfront, and now I have to spend another $5,000- to fix his substandard work. He exhibited a great deal of incompetence, responsibility, and an extremely slow working pace.

He was extremely courteous and attentive, demonstrating expertise and performing excellently.

Dan was hired to fix my wall, and I received a photo of the damage via text. I asked for the estimate via text, and Dan responded that the job would require compound and light painting. All the necessary work materials were provided by me, including 5-minute drying joint compound, regular compound, and paint. For some reason, Dan decided to mix both compounds, even though there was enough 5-minute drying compound to fix and paint the area. After completing the repairs, Dan left without painting the wall, leaving me with the task of doing it myself.
