I am a Personal Trainer (ISSA), a Nutritional Specialist (ISSA), a Strength and Conditioning Coach (ISSA), and an Elite Trainer (ISSA).
Further Education:
Staying up to date with the most recent advancements is critical, and I'm working hard to improve my knowledge. If I'm unaware of the answer, I'll be truthful with you and look it up! I'm presently on the path to gaining my Yoga Certification, Health and Wellness, and continuing education as a Personal Trainer with ACE.
Job Title:
I'm now on active duty in the military, but I also work as a personal trainer on the side. You assist me, and I'll assist you. At present, my focus is on remote training, although I'm willing to work with locals.
