The customer service is very friendly and pleasant, but there is room for improvement in responding to customer inquiries. I had difficulty reaching them over the phone and later received a message that they were out of town. While I understand this, it would be helpful if they could leave a voicemail message with expected response times. It took a few days to hear back from them through CrackerJack. However, they are skilled at phone repairs and the convenience of their mobile service is a bonus for busy customers who cannot visit their office. They offer reasonable prices and multiple payment options. My phone was fixed properly and now works perfectly. Thank you.
