My quartz countertops received excellent planning and design from Michael, who prioritized thoroughness and detail, and offered solutions to improve their aesthetic value. Throughout the process, he skillfully communicated any potential issues and was transparent about costs. He also ensured the sink I had purchased was inspected and identified a previously unnoticed crack, delivering a recommendation for a more reliable and visually appealing substitute. When designing the kitchen island, we collaborated to adjust overhang lengths and establish suitable counter dimensions, resulting in more comfortable spacing around the area. During the installation, Michael and his crew arrived promptly and worked diligently to place the faucet, soap dispenser, air gap, and filtered water spigot. Michael proposed an alternate location for our water spigot, which we ultimately agreed upon. Following their work, they cleaned up the space, leaving my new countertops looking incredible.
