It is advisable to steer clear of this individual as they exhibit rude behavior and respond in an unintelligent manner. They appear to show favoritism towards customers who do not raise any queries regarding their products and services. Once I inquired about the appropriateness of the plan and service I was purchasing, the individual's behavior became unpleasant and discourteous, indicating that they are only interested in money and not in providing satisfactory customer service. Altogether, this person displays a lack of professionalism.
