Hello there, I am Frank Rodriguez, the founder of Kool Renovations back in 2005 when I was only 19 years old. Oh my goodness, my floors, walls, and new crown molding are simply stunning! I am absolutely in love with my updated apartment. Although the condo itself is nice, the flooring was just a plain slab which was quite frustrating. Fortunately, a good friend recommended Kool Renovations for the installation work. After scheduling an appointment, they came and discussed multiple options with me, assisting me until I found the perfect material and color I desired.
