If you are a landlord, we offer free marketing for your property, with no upfront cost. Once we find a tenant that you approve of, the SDI TENANT GUARANTEE ensures that the lease is written and signed before they move in. The regular cost for tenant placement is half a month's rent, but with our discount, the cost is only $100 for the first new tenant.

We understand that staying on top of your property's activity is important, which is why we offer 24/7 online access to track rent payments and maintenance requests. Rent may also be directly deposited into your account. If you prefer face-to-face communication, we are available during office hours or by appointment.
