In just a few hours, as promised, True Blue Plumbing effectively handled my drain issues. They used a snake to remove a blockage from my kitchen and removed an unnecessary trap that was causing problems. The work was of exceptional quality, and they left no mess behind.

Our water stopped getting hot on Thursday, so I contacted True Blue Plumbing on Friday. They promptly scheduled Alex to come out on Saturday morning. Unfortunately, there was a large snowfall overnight and I wasn't sure if Alex would be able to make it. Despite the weather, Alex arrived at my home by 9:30. After inspecting my 19-year-old water heater, he recommended replacing it rather than attempting repairs. Fortunately, Alex had a replacement tank in his truck and was able to install it on the same day. He also brought me up to code by adding an expansion tank. In addition to the water heater, Alex checked a few other things and ended up staying for most of the day. He was polite, explained his work, cleaned up after himself, and was a pleasure to work with. With over 20 years of experience, I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and would get the job done right.
