A few weeks ago, I was fortunate enough to have a private yoga session with Rachel. In the breathtaking outdoors of the Smoky Mountains, Rachel guided me and my two daughters in a sunrise yoga experience. Her calming and peaceful voice was so lovely to listen to. It's such a pity that she's not closer geographically as I would love to pursue ongoing yoga sessions with her!
