My mission is to empower professionals and athletes to achieve peak physical performance through personalized training plans and one-on-one coaching. Whether you prefer in-person or online sessions, I strive to make fitness as convenient as possible for you. With my training equipment, I can come to your home or we can train at my fully-equipped gym - it's your call!

My passion for fitness began after a car accident left me with a damaged spine and back. Seeking relief, I tried various treatments but only found true improvement after lifting weights and building strength. As a result, I became a personal trainer to show others that fitness is for everyone. Throughout my career, I have trained people from all walks of life - from the elderly to young athletes and tech professionals - and I am excited to help you reach your fitness goals in 2022.

I am a credentialed NASM Certified Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist, and I hold a Bachelor's degree from Washington State University. With my expertise, support, and guidance, you can gain strength, endurance, flexibility, and confidence to transform your body and achieve optimal health. My friend suggested that I utilize Alex's personal training service, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome! We established a goal three months ago and were able to achieve it by our target date. Amazingly, I managed to shed 26 pounds in the process! I highly recommend utilizing his services.
